  • Thread a length of the knitting yarn in the same colour as your knitting onto a wool needle.
  • Work on the right side of the work. Lay the two pieces to be joined side by side, with right sides facing you.
  • Take the horizontal threads between the 1st and 2nd stitch on each piece and pull the yarn to bring the two edges together and make the seam invisible.
  • If the edge is very irregular, take the horizontal threads between the 2nd and 3rd stitch.

If you want to assemble shoulders with an invisible seam, take the two vertical threads of a stitch on one row along the edges to be joined and pull on the sewing yarn to bring the two shoulder edges closer together. In this way, you will obtain an invisible seam on the right side of your knitting.
